About

Two decades in the art and science of Ayurveda.

At The 3R Clinic I’ve dedicated more than twenty years to Ayurvedic medicine, helping people reach lasting health through personalised, whole-person care.

My passion is combining the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with modern health insights, restoring balance, addressing the root cause of illness, and improving overall well-being.

Areas of expertise

Chronic conditions, women’s health and mental well-being.

I support patients living with long-term conditions, helping the body find its own way back to balance.

Arthritis Asthma Skin disorders Digestive issues Hormonal imbalances Menopause Women’s health Mental well-being

Every person is unique, so I take time to understand each individual’s Prakriti, their constitutional type, before creating a personalised plan. Rather than treating symptoms alone, I focus on identifying and addressing the underlying imbalances that affect long-term health.

Treatments may include Ayurvedic herbal medicine, detoxification programmes, dietary and nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations and traditional therapies, each plan built from pulse diagnosis and a comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment to support natural, lasting healing.

Training & credentials

Trained in the classical tradition of Ayurveda.

My path began in India, where I took my degree in Ayurvedic medicine before training in deep pulse reading under two of Ayurveda’s most respected practitioners, Dr. Pankaj Naram and Dr. Smita Naram, and brought that classical training to my patients in the UK.

My approach

Healing that restores body, mind and spirit.

I believe true healing comes from restoring balance to body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda teaches that health is far more than the absence of disease, it’s about creating harmony within ourselves and our daily lives.

My goal is to empower every patient with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their health. Through sustainable changes to diet, lifestyle and daily routine, I help people build habits that support long-term wellness, not temporary relief.

Education & community

Sharing Ayurveda beyond the clinic matters to me.

I regularly host workshops and educational talks, on stress management, immunity, women’s health and preventive care, to make Ayurveda accessible and relevant to modern life. I’m also committed to supporting underserved communities, raising awareness of natural, preventive approaches to health.

My mission

To help people take charge of their health naturally and confidently, because Ayurveda has an important role alongside conventional medicine, promoting resilience, vitality and lasting well-being.

Working with patients

Compassionate, thoughtful, effective care.

I’m privileged to work with patients across London and internationally. The trust they place in me is something I value deeply, and I strive to offer compassionate, thoughtful and effective care to every individual.

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone regain their health, confidence and quality of life.

I look forward to helping you build lasting balance, energy and good health.
